With expertise spanning marketing, operations, and executive support, Mafi plays an important role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient day-to-day operations. Before joining Cordell Capital, Mafi served as a manager in the BPO industry for four years, where they gained valuable leadership and process management experience that continues to inform their work today.

My journey into multifamily and commercial real estate began in 2006, and I’ve been actively investing since 2016. At Cordell Capital, our mission is simple: to help investors access carefully vetted private equity opportunities with a conservative, yet high-performing approach to building long-term wealth.
Beyond the business, I’ve been blessed with over 20 wonderful years of marriage to my amazing wife. Together, we’re raising three incredible children, our son and our beautiful twin daughters.
